The Virginia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (VACDL) and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) have both filed in support of reversing the Court of Appeals’ decision in Terrence Richardson’s case. The filing was also backed by nonprofit organization The Innocence Project.
