BREAKING NEWS – February 24, 2023 –

 The Law Offices of Jarrett Adams is pleased to announce that after only 10 days, the Supreme Court of Virginia granted Terrence Richardson’s petition for appeal. Mr. Richardson’s opening brief is due April 5, 2023. Arguments are subject to the Court’s docketing, but Mr. Richardson is hopeful that his case will be heard on the June or September docket.

This unusually quick decision is a significant victory for Mr. Richardson in his effort to prove his innocence in the Virginia Courts, while both Mr. Richardson and Mr. Claiborne await a decision on their Presidential Clemency Petition.
