Petition updateSuspend Mocha Uson BlogRights vs. Responsibilities
Paul QuilétManila, Philippines

I have said it before but I will say it again: the liberties all Filipino citizens enjoy are not absolute. There is always a thin line between rights and responsibilities. Everyone is free to express what they want. But problems arise when this fundamental right is used to manipulate and condition the public, when it is exploited to serve anyone's purpose, when it is used as a shield against accountability. In closing, allow me to say that this is not just about Mocha Uson. Contrary to what her fans say, I don't hate her. This is more than Mocha Uson, more than me. This is our war against ignorance and against our twisted and malevolent view of human rights.
