Update on Narges

Hello everyone, this is Erica updating the situation on Narges: Mr. Zarif, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran, has commented on Narges' case: "I assure you that our objective is her freedom from her current problems and a fair treatment." Sushma Swaraj, the Minister of External Affairs of India, has said she cannot interfere due to the pending court case. However, we only ask for a FAIR trial and to look into the actions of Rayagada government officials who are favouring the criminals. We must continue to tweet to Sushma Swaraj to ask for a fair trial for Narges. Please continue to tweet, write or email Boris Johnson. We are hopeful he will look into the issue since Narges is a UK citizen!
