We, the undersigned citizens and homebuyers, seek urgent intervention to address a serious enforcement failure of judicial and regulatory orders affecting hundreds of families in Jaypee Infratech projects, Noida, now under Suraksha Realty.

Despite binding orders passed by the Hon’ble NCLT and applicable RERA regulations, homebuyers continue to face coercive, arbitrary, and unlawful financial demands, causing severe mental harassment, financial distress, and erosion of trust in India’s justice delivery system.

This is not a contractual disagreement.
This is a systemic failure of enforcement.
