this pic tells us why our streets are jammed ! In this pic the silver color bus crossing over into diff lane has resulted the traffic behind it to navigate thru just one lane. The vehicles are crossing over into lanes and stop the traffic behind them. Even one vehicle crossing over into another lane can result in this kind of situation. Changing of lanes can be planned by drivers and not chaotic.
