Thank You for 7500 signatures

Dear valued Supporters and Fellow Cheated Home Buyers,

I wish to thank you all sincerely from my heart for all the support rendered to this petition launched a few weeks back. 7500 signatures and still growing depicts our state in this great loot drama.

It is shocking to note that Additional Solicitor General(ASG) as well as Govt of India appointed Unitech Board Chairman threatens home buyers of referring Unitech to IBC after which all of us will get nothing if we dont pay advances or make the full payment. It seems there is no law in this country. Thousands have made 90% payment a decade back and have been repaying expensive home loans to banks and finance companies. After 12 to 15 years, when still no time lines are visible, how dare ASG threaten us after all this ghastly experience of being duped due to corrupt Licensing Authorities(DTCP Haryana, Noida Authority and maybe so many others) all over India, corrupt Ministers, Corrupt and collusive bankers who disbursed home loans without project approvals. 

But we will have to fight like there is no tomorrow.Robber Chandra family enjoying life in Tihar jail or in and out of jail on bail does not help us anymore.

There is snail's progress in recovery of USD 2 Billion Dollars of our money as reported in forensic audit by Grant Thorton. And Govt quietly hisses that there is no money after being an agent in the huge money laundering.

I plead to our Apex Court to realise that thousands have retired and cannot continue to fight expensive litigations in SC for years and years. Why valid NCDRC decrees are not being honoured? What was the great idea of Unitech being taken over by Govt if there is no solution in the radar.

It is a pitiable situation and we hope our Honourable Supreme Court fast tracks much delayed and needed justice.
