My husband has a permanent functional impairment injury in his right knee as a result of a workplace incident.
This is my video where I speak about the Adjudicator at WorkplaceNL, and all employees since that recurrence date of Aug 5, 2019, seeing only his loss of earnings and number of sessions.
He is NOT A DOLLAR SIGN! And because they saw only dollars and cents, his ENTIRE MEDICAL INFORMATION HAS BEEN IGNORED!
Kim Doyle, was going to deny his recurrence of Aug 5, 2019 even though the ORIGINAL ER DIAGNOSIS AND THE RECURRENCE ER DIAGNOSIS AND THE SYMPTOMS FOR BOTH WERE A PERFECT MATCH!!!
She was FORCED to approve it when more later evidence matched! But then she STILL denied paying him his FULL LEGAL COMPENSATION and FORCED A MOVE BACK TO NEWFOUNDLAND FROM ALBERTA! And recorded it as a our family decided to move based on his recurrence employers inability to have him work with an unstable knee injury. She lied multiple times to continue to ensure Dustin did NOT receive his proper compensation amounts as she no longer could deny the link altogether like she TRIED VERY HARD TO DO!
LYING GETS A PERSON NOTHING ONLY A BAD REPUTATION!!!
Kim Doyle lied about Dustin working on Aug 4, 2019. Lied about our reason for moving back to NL. Lied about the medical matching 100%. Lied about how the max compensable HAD to apply and did NOT apply Section 19(4) of the WHSC Act used at that time.
Then Dustin was told the Coast Guard paid him directly while off for rehabilitation at time of original injury. His file proves that was a lie.
Melissa Burry lied about him having disabling symptoms on Sept 27, 2022 when he did not.
An adjudicator approved a recurrence on Jan 24, 2023 without ANY medical documents AT ALL to match that date!
Charmaine Janes lied about his file not having any signs of the injury causing an altered gait. She lied about the symptoms in his left ankle being more likely caused by a break in the left ankle when he was a teen (which she needed actual medical proof in order to make that decision). When she got the medical proof, The break was on the right side not the left.
Natasha Pennell lied about a letter from Dustin's Physiotherapist not having new evidence that needed to be weighed. When corrected and forced to acknowledge the letter did, she had to use that and approve his physio.
Sonya Stanford, Kelli Lambe, Tony Wakeham, and Mike Goosney are NOT ACKNOWLEDGING THE TRUTH AND ACTING IN THE PROFESSIONAL MANNER THAT EVERYONE SHOULD EXPECT THIS TO BE HANDLED!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE LET US STOP THIS FROM EVER HAPPENING TO ANOTHER INJURED WORKER IN THE PROVINCE OF NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR!
