Your name 2.) Date you submitted your application to the Department of Immigration 3.) How did you apply – eg as a PRC under section 20B, spouse of Bermudian, or otherwise. 4.) Date you’ve sworn the oath 5.) Date your name was in the Royal Gazette 6.) Has the Department of Immigration contacted you due to any outstanding documentation?
