Taking the Good with the BAD

The case has been reviewed by one of our Complaint Administrators and was found to contain issues that are out of your BBB's purview. Unfortunately, we are unable to pursue your complaint as it is not a typical market place transaction. Crowd funding is considered an investment in a concept or idea and is beyond the scope of BBB. On that note, the good is that they did not tell us we did not have a case and I will start checking into lawyers.
