When: Rally at 8:15 AM before the trial begins on Tuesday, March 18, 2025.

What to Wear: Dark green for Franklin Park (or BPS Athletics or Franklin Park Coalition gear if you have it)

What to Do: Stand in support at the rally, share statements of support with media, and, if you can, attend the trial QUIETLY from 9 AM - 1 PM

Hello everyone!

Tuesday, March 18 is the first day of White Stadium lawsuit trial and now we need our supporters to show up in force!

We’ll be rallying in front of the Suffolk Superior Courthouse to send a clear message: Boston students deserve access to high-quality athletic facilities—just like their suburban and private school peers – and our community deserves White Stadium.

For too long, opponents of this project at the Emerald Necklace Conservancy have spread misinformation, spending tens of thousands of dollars to delay a once-in-a-lifetime investment in our kids, our park, and our future. The lawsuit filed by the Emerald Necklace Conservancy is just as misguided as the false claims they continue to push. We cannot let bad-faith arguments block long-overdue improvements to Franklin Park and BPS athletics programs for our kids.

Come wearing dark green to support the park, or your favorite BPS Athletics or Franklin Park Coalition gear.

👊 Bring your voice. Bring your energy. Bring signs! The media will be there. Let’s make it clear: our students and our community come first.
