Dear Supporters,

Thank you so much for all your signatures and comments in support of the state historical marker recognizing abolitionist Moses Roper proposed for Riverfront Park in Apalachicola, Florida! Thanks to you, we had almost 500 signatures on the petition. The commission voted 4-1 to approve the marker during yesterday's meeting. The next step is to submit the application to Florida's Division of Historical Resources.
