Thanks to all who signed our petition to save small businesses. We still have a long way to go so keep spreading the word. Our petition has already made a difference with a recent article in The Villager exposing both the Mayor and Speaker’s record of inaction when it comes to saving our small businesses (read here http://thevillager.com/2015/01/22/mayor-and-speaker-are-m-i-a-on-small-businesses/ ). Both were once strong voices for saving our businesses and sponsors of the bill however, since election season, have been markedly silent.
