We are overjoyed to share that Fort Worth STEAM Academy has received formal approval from the State Board of Education following yesterday’s vote!

This marks the end of a rigorous, nearly yearlong charter application process and the beginning of an exciting new chapter for students and families in Fort Worth.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who has believed in our mission and supported us. The Academy earned the confidence of the State Board through a strong, bipartisan vote—underscoring broad support for our vision.

This milestone reflects more than 18 months of hard work, community partnership, and an unwavering belief in what’s possible for students in Fort Worth.
