Family Court Judge James Towery Sexually Harrasses Women?

Jane and John Q. Public
Los Gatos, CA, United States

Jul 21, 2016 — Is Towery the Persky of Family Law? Santa Clara County divorce litigants are asking how they can assure a fair divorce from a judge who was run out of the State Bar for ethical issues and who had three divorces himself .

Judge James Towery is reported to have had scandalous affairs and cheated on wives as he used those wives and their legal and social connections to benefit his own career. His first wife , Marilyn Morgan , is reported to have become a federal judge and James Towery was reported to be very bitter after getting caught in an affair that broke up that marriage where Towery was sent into an unfavorable divorce settlement.

Pro per fathers in Towery's court appear to regularly fall victim to Towery's judgement , after Towery himself couldn't rise to being a judge without the littered background of a sea of former wives.

Towery's history with women, coupled by whistleblower reports , makes it almost certain that Towery 's known sexual harassment of women in the Santa Clara County legal community will prevent Towery from making fair rulings for women if he is not sexually attracted to a female litigant, or mindful of her social standing and how it could benefit him.
It seems to be more than rumor that Towery is romantically linked to Valerie Houghton, and perhaps that is why Houghton gets huge fees from Towery's appointments , despite Houghton being indicted for a number of felony white collar crimes just a few months ago .

Women and prop per fathers in Towery's family court are tired of the less than ethical conduct Towery has been allowed to impose first on the State Bar , and now on litigants seeking an equitable divorce in Santa Clara County.

More women are coming forward and it looks like James Towery could be the Bill Cosby of Santa Clara County .
