Last Friday, 10 California legislators ratcheted up the pressure on Commission of Judicial Performance to discipline Santa Clara County's Judge Persky. What should be noted is these politicians have been contacted by Santa Clara County litigants for decades related to equally , or worse , misconduct of Judges like Mary Ann Grilli , Vincent Chiarello , James Towery and more, and nobody, even the DA ever lifted a finger to help those people address Santa Clara County's judicial misconduct. Erica Yew, a Santa Clara County Judge , sat as the chair of the Commission on Judicial performance. When Yew left CJP, only Judge Scott was disciplined , and only after the DA's office made a complaint. We know the DA and Santa Clara County Grand Jury have had far more serious complaints about Santa Clara Judges , and nobody bothered to address any complaint that was not rubber stamped by Jeff Rosen's office! A CJP complaint is not enough, we are demanding that the Attorney General put aside her own political aspirations and investigate the entire Santa Clara County Court System, with help from the State Auditor , who has jurisdiction over not only judicial bias, but the vast waste of tax payer dollars Santa Clara County Courts are clearly imposing on all Californians .
