As the investigation in Santa Clara County Family courts continues, investigators , media and activists have uncovered an alarming pattern with the same names that date back 30 years and indicates that a core group of judges, lawyers and family law experts have been harming children, stealing child support and stealing property from Santa Clara County citizens engaged in probate and divorce cases under the color of law. Bradford Baugh, Terry Johnson, Mary Ann Grilli, James Stewart , Valerie Houghton, Heather Allan, James Towery, James Butera, Tim Harper, Nat "Ned" Hales, Jr. and others appear to be ion the thick of a select group of cronies who warrant investigation for racketeering, fraud, theft. tax evasion and outright child abuse. The scope of the issues more than justifies attention from the FBI and US Attorney General where civil rights of children and public funds have been misused and diverted in one of California's wealthiest counties.
