In 2007 Garrett Dailey made his career in California Appeals Cases including Elkins v. Superior Court, where Mr. Dailey appeared to be the champion for the underdog. This week, in two unrelated Santa Clara County family law cases, Mr. Dailey took up cases for Brad Baugh's clients, going after the "out", or disadvantaged spouse, in each case. Mr. Dailey seems to have made an alliance with the devil of family court, becoming part of the very corruption he built his image on fighting. Lawyers from all over California rush to hear Mr. Dailey speak as an " expert " on family law appeal matters. Word of caution: some of that " free " hall advice Mr. Dailey offers up at those paid sessions may wind up being used against the very client Mr Dailey pretended to help. Mr. Dailey testified to that himself this week in the Brooks case during a proceeding before Judge Grilli. 8 years after Elkins, Mr. Dailey appears to have long forgotten the pro per plight, and has aligned himself with the dirtiest lawyers of all. Tell the State Bar it is time to run dirty lawyers out of family law. Sign the petition and pass it on.
