Private Fiduciaries in Santa Clara County Family Courts Still Out of Control

Three years ago the county responded to public outrage over private fiduciaries preying on the elderly and the county's most vulnerable citizens. Today little has changed , and the crooks that got caught , are still hiding behind a systemic pattern of corruption. Now judges are under scrutiny for ignoring financial abuse, as human trafficking issues explode on family courts.
