First Judge Grilli used her Sunnyvale family courtroom to undo a 50-50 custody order of another judge, based on hearsay and perjury of the children's lawyer Grilli had appointed. Next Judge Grilli undid another judge's order asking the children's lawyer to leave the case, which involved two children already 14 and 17 years old. Then Judge Grilli declared the immigrant mother to be a vexatious litigant , saying she asked for custody back too many times. Then, after the children's lawyer got the mother's holiday visitation stripped , for no credible reason. As she left on her own holiday vacation, Judge Grilli granted the children's lawyer $30,000 in fees, without a hearing, and ordered the mother , on Medicare , to pay part of those fees. Anyone watching would know Judge Grilli is incapable of acting fairly to immigrant or self- represented parties . Litigants are further biased by representation from non-white lawyers in Judge Grilli's court. In this case, Judge Grilli denied fees for the mother's Asian lawyer , Grilli's own former research lawyer, and awarded fees to the wealthy father's white lawyer, who has already earned most of the $3,000,000 the father spent to assure his wife was denied property and custody after she filed for divorce eight years ago. Most outrageous is that the children's lawyer, and the father's lawyer, took the last payment from the sale of the mother's home , and gave none of it to the mother. The mother repeatedly complained to the Bar, even about the stealing of her money, and the Bar did nothing. Moral turpitude at its finest.
