So here goes, my name is Charmaine I am a child from bipolar mother and schizophrenic father, after many suicide attempts my mother made her last when I was just 5, she left me and three siblings younger. My parents were both alcoholics, I have suffered with mental health, anxiety, depression, and  addiction.These are all battles I struggle daily with, my partner is in a mental health crisis and we are struggling to get him sectioned. I have been lucky to have friends around that keep an eye on me, my partners sister Nicola Jamie Alcock stays in daily contact and supports her brother and my self massively, along with my friends Ellie from Oldmill Stone and a few others. I'm diagnosed with ADHD and autism but waiting on a list 4 years now for treatment. I am diagnosed with severe anxiety disorder and complex PTSD. Still struggling to find a healthy balance, still falling off the wagon and down the road of self meditation.
