Hello Fellow Residents, Ratepayers and Community members 

Thursday the 8th of August 2024 is the commencement of the Court case by the Mayor of Liverpool and his Liberal Party voting block VS the NSW State Government and the Minister for Local Government.

I will be attending the Court Hearing if it is open to the public.

I have a couple of meetings scheduled in Parliament House tomorrow and will hopefully be able to duck across the road to the Land and Environment Court between those meetings.

Thank You to everyone who has supported this petition by signing and sharing.

While the signature count is not that high I believe that the awareness level around this matter has been raised by the FB campaign and the distribution of thousands of flyers via letterbox drops and handouts at the stations.

I will be sending information about the petition to the Minister for Local Government and the Office of Local Government tomorrow.
