Thank you again for standing with me in calling for an amendment to the Civil Rights Act that includes and protects multiracial individuals.
Many of you may remember last year I shared my podcast, Pretty Purposeful Podcast with you, which is still going strong and returning this spring. But today, I’m excited to share something more focused and mission-driven: the launch of Mélange Consulting Group. LLC.
This new venture is an intentional extension of the work this petition represents. Through Mélange Consulting Group, I'm offering identity-informed consulting, coaching, and impactful tools to help individuals, families, educators, and organizations navigate the layered realities of race, culture, and belonging. We're especially committed to centering multiracial voices and bridging gaps in understanding across communities, because we know the personal is political, and healing requires truth.
In a time when Black and Brown communities, immigrants, and other marginalized groups face rising threats to their safety and dignity, the need for this work has never been more pressing. The elephant in many rooms has been ignored, leaving multiracial and racially ambiguous people unprotected, silenced, and vulnerable to cycles of abuse, isolation, exoticism, and systemic oppression. That’s why I've launched Mélange Consulting Group - to create a movement where identity, equity, and lived experience are not only acknowledged, but actively centered in the work of healing, advocacy, and systems change.
