Hey ATV Community Leaders and Enthusiasts!

Celebrating: A huge shout-out to everyone who’s been part of building and maintaining the ATV trails in PEI. Your commitment fosters a strong, vibrant community that deserves recognition!

As well, big thank you all for engaging in respectful and constructive conversations on social media. Keep up the great work!

 Legislative Update:

Plain Language Legislative Update: There new information about the legislative discussions around ATV use on the Confederation Trail.

The government's motions ensure that ATVs can continue to cross the trail at certain specified points. Additionally, the legislative debate ensured ongoing discussions will continue exploring potential approaches. The government talks suggest that ATVs should not use the whole trail without restrictions.

Although it can hard to decipher legislative discussions. This is significant change from the original wording of the Motion made and opens the door for future dialogue and possibilities.

Good news! ATVs can continue to cross the Confederation Trail at designated points. Most importantly the door's remain open for more talks on ATV trail use.

️ Future Hopes: Some MLAs, especially in the West, are eyeing new possibilities, like enhancing dirt roads. A bright prospect!
