The Lease Proposal is On City Council Desks! Lets Bring this Place Back to Life!

Save Starlight Organization, as of January 5, 2023, has submitted a Lease Proposal to San Diego City Council. City Charter 99 indicates that City Council can vote to grant Save Starlight Organization a lease by two-thirds majority vote. City Council now needs to put us on their agenda to vote. 

This is a HOME RUN for the City! We have partnered with Safdie Rabines Architects and Estrada Land Planning to complete the necessary renovations needed to reopen, we have an iron-clad business plan, we have irreplaceable community partnerships, and we are dedicated to our community to bring this gem of a historic venue back to being an asset once again.
