I still don't know where they came from, but I'll find out soon enough. Just gave the Chief of Police an earful, and informed him that his officers were in need of some sensitivity training surrounding the issues of medical cannabis, and the patients they come across on campus. I suggested he work with Campus Health, in order to facilitate a more empathetic approach. He agreed. I will be sending him over a follow up email with a number of questions he will be responding to in writing. Now that I know I have an ally in Chief, I'll start pushing these State Senators and Representatives, as well as the Tucson Mayor and City Council.
