DELILAH IS COMING HOME!  

In typical Delilah fashion, she will be bringing some friends home with her.  Delilah once found a baby robin with a broken wing in her yard and brought its plight to my attention.  I called the Animal Rescue League who sent a van to transport the bird to medical care.  Delilah loved to lounge on her raised bed on her deck and sparrows would sit next to her.  She also rehomed a nest of baby mice without harming them. The many bunnies in her yard had nothing to fear from Delilah.  She only got into scrapes with groundhogs, but it was always in self-defense or defense of another, namely Scooby.

Delilah’s ashes will be spread in the woods in Maine where she loved to be.  

Forget Me Not will donate a memorial stone to be placed in the area where the ashes will be scattered to commemorate Delilah and the friends she will bring with her.
