Thank-you to the 100 people that have signed!

Thank-you to everyone that has signed the petition and for giving your comments. It is quiet clear that 100 local people who have connections with St Georges and/ or the ChurchYard do not want this work to be carried out. Thank-you for voicing your opposition to the proposed relocation of gravestones at St Georges Churchyard in your comments. We know you are speaking on behalf of many people who do not use social media and who are getting ignored in face to face meetings. Too often gravestones are relocated in other churchyards and by the time work has taken place it is too late to object. Many thanks to Cllr Thomas Hoof for sponsoring the petition link on Facebook and Lucy Allan MP for writing a letter to the Diocese of Lichfield raising resident's concerns.
