YOU CAN HELP END DECLAWING IN NJ New Jersey Anti-Declaw Bill S2410 (companion bill to Assemblymember Singleton's A3899) soon will be heard in its Senate Committee. New Jersey Senators Raymond Lesniak and Joseph Vitale and Assemblyman Troy Singleton introduced statewide legislation that would add onychetomy, or declawing, to the list of criminal animal cruelty offenses in New Jersey, according to the provisions of New Jersey Anti-Declaw Bill S2410 and A3899.
