It is quite obvious, according to a speech expert, who was asked about the state of Donald Trump's rather rapid decline in mental health and the chaotic future of global health care in the United States, due in part to Trump's "Big Beautiful Bill" that will makes massive cuts to Americans who have Medicaid so that the ultra rich can get yet another tax cut during an interview, has confirmed that there were clear identifying signs of Trump's cognitive decline and based on the numerous televised interviews with reporters, the chaos among the entire GOP, the numerous scandals that continue to haunt them, including the backlash from passing Trump's "Big Beautiful Bill" to the current controversies that surround the infamous "Epstein Files" that Republicans swore to their constituents about releasing the "list", which they are now backing out of. In all honesty, I think, based on everything that has been going on with Trump and his administration in the past six months, I can say without any shadow of a doubt, the entire Republican Party, with Trump included, is suffering from rapid cognitive decline, but that's just one person's opinion.
