It has been obvious that Donald J. Trump is showing signs of symptoms of early signs of dementia: His inability to stay on topic and going on tangents that are meaningless and not based in reality, repetition of words, sentences and themes when he speaks to journalists and his slowly shrinking MAGA base. 

This was confirmed by Fred Trump III, the grandson of Donald Trump's father and Donald Trump's nephew, who has written a book that was released back in August of 2024, and in it, it says that the Trump Family has a history of dementia. Trump's father, Fred Trump had dementia in his final years and Trump's sister, who already had dementia. And according to Fred Trump III, it is highly likely that Trump is suffering from obvious signs of dementia. 

Since getting back in office in November of 2024, the symptoms have gotten worse and they continue to show themselves every time Trump speaks in public as he continues to refuse to get help or resign from office, the symptoms will not only get worse, but he will continue to put this country deeper into chaos.
