Mothers Uncovered has been supporting mothers in matrescence since 2008. Our peer-led, creative support groups encourage honest conversations about the reality of motherhood. 
Since we began, we have supported over 3000 women. All of our facilitators are past participants and know how overwhelming, as well as joyous, being a mum can be.
We create a warm, non-judgmental space to create a community and help women with birth trauma, post-natal depression, loneliness and isolation.
We help women find connection and confidence in their mothering and value the important work they are doing as mothers, benefitting not only themselves, but their babies, family and everyone else around them.
