Thanks to Rep John Bradford of NC, NC Bill 872 is currently before the NC legislature !

Our goal is to encourage every state to pass similar legislation regarding the installation of flotation at all public water access areas. 

Please post on your social media and ask your friends to join this movement to make Sea Change across the nation! 

When they sign, please have them indicate their home state. 

Flotation IS the rescue when someone finds themselves in trouble in the water. Having a readily available flotation device is as common sense as wearing your seatbelt when you get into a car.
