Dear supporters,
Thank you for your show of support for this matter concerning my hair dryer motor.
When I initially approached Sir James Dyson of the Dyson Technology Company, it was to ask if he could help & assist me to develop a working prototype of the supersonic hair dryer motor, that I have conceived & designed to be installed into my revolutionary curved shaped hair dryer handle (that I designed & patented), to help reduce repetitive stress injuries for the many millions of hairdressers around the world who are forced to bend and twist their elbows and wrists when blow-drying their customers hair (statistics report that the second largest group of people around the world to suffer from repetitive stress injuries (RSI) are professional hairdressers) & there's hundreds of millions of females around the world who use their hair dryers on a daily basis who are forced to struggle to hold the handle of their hair dryers in a safe and functional way, when they are drying their own hair.
Sir James Dyson replied by writing a letter that he sent to me (which I still have as evidence), to inform me that he could not help me develop my hair dryer motor idea and he wished me well in finding someone who would help & he also sent me a copy of his published auto-biography titled "Against the odds" (which I still have as evidence).
At the time I was corresponding with Dyson, I didn't realise that the letter he wrote proves without any shadow of a doubt that Dyson clearly reviewed my hair dryer motor design, details & notes (which are dated & marked private & confidential). Dyson's letter to me was actually against Dyson's own Strict Company Policy "to never review the design details of third party individuals or anyone who does not work for the Dyson Company". Therefore this shows that I can prove in a Court of Law that Dyson broke his very own Strict Company Policy.
The Head of Litigation at the UK Patent Office (Ms Susan Eaves), confirmed in writing that after carefully studying all of the information & letters I sent to her, I am entitled to claim to have my name placed on the patent that was applied for by Sir James Dyson.
This case can also prove to the Criminal Courts, that Dyson & his in-house lawyers committed fraud & perjury by misleading the High Court Judge into believing that none of the components conceived by me were patent worthy, as it can be proved without any shadow of a doubt that Dyson was granted the motor patent for all of the components conceived by me (the granted patent document actually exposes Dyson because all of the components granted patent status are clearly written in the patent.
I have managed to find a fraud specialist lawyer (Mr Ashley Fairbrother of EMM Solicitors), who has confirmed that "he can certainly file a claim against Dyson" but it would have to be a private prosecution because legal aid will not fund private prosecutions (despite the fact that I have 100% concrete evidence) & this is why I have started this petition to gain as much support as possible. So I would like to ask all of my current supporters to spread the word & spread my petition to as many friends & associates as possible, so that I can attract the attention of funders or lawyers who will take this case on a pro bono basis & help me legally & fairly resolve this case as soon as possible please.
Fingers crossed.
