We did it! After much perseverance, on April 1, the Bipartisan bill, "Legalizing Minors Businesses" was signed into Colorado law! Kids lemonade stands and part-time kids entrepreneurship businesses are now legal in Colorado without bureaucratic barriers. Thank you for your support and signing the petition!

Colorado and Utah have now passed similar laws, and Texas is on its way to "Legalizing Lemonade Stands." But that still leaves many more states where our kids can be placed in vulnerable positions in regards to lemonade stands and other entrepreneurial activities. Let's keep this going and see if we can be a positive influence for kids in other states too!
