Tonight the city commission is offering a First Reading of an Ordinance to Rezone the Property at 4301 Stadium Drive from Residential, to Community Commercial (CC).  The staff recommendation is to support the rezoning.  This requested zoning change would overrule the decision that the planning commission made to deny the request.
