Azadi Stadium was opened to women on June 20 for a screening of the second Iranian World Cup football match against Spain. It was a historical moment, and a joyful one, for Iranian men and women to enjoy the game. But, the stadium ban still exists for live matches and we need to keep fighting for its repeal.
