On Monday, February 13, 2023, the leaders and allies of Niskithe Prayer Camp held a rally/vigil during the Lincoln City Council Meeting. Prayer Camp and Habitat Protectors wore tape over their mouths to emphasize Manzitto Construction's attempt to silence Natives. Prayer Camp and Habitat Protectors also held signs that read "Manzitto Destruction" and "Manzitto Trashed my Home" both of which had the picture of a Red Tail Hawk.  Red Tail Hawks are just one of the many non-human relatives severely disrupted and dislocated by Manzitto Construction's machinery. Other signs read "Defend the Sacred," "Save Our Only Wilderness,"  "Protect Sacred Spaces." "Protect Traditional Salt Peace Land," etc., to further emphasize the spiritual and pristine value Snell Hill and other areas destroyed/disrupted by Manzitto Construction.
