I have just put a new petition on line to support the 21st Century Cures Act (H.R.6). This Bill is important because it will help to improve early diagnosis and management of kidney disease by ensuring that a provision in the draft 21st Century Cures Bill to address 21st Century Chronic Diseases. It will specifically direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to conduct a study on diagnosis, progression and outcomes in Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and fund that study.
