Clark Tavern could return to residential use w/pending owner

To all Clark Tavern supporters,

Dave MacCready, who renovated the Ord's Block building that now houses the Avenue restaurant, is the prospective buyer of the Clark Tavern.

MacCready will be presenting preliminary plans for small-scale, residential use of the tavern property at the Jan. 15 Medfield Historical Commission meeting that starts at 7 p.m. in the DPW building off Rte. 27. If you're available, please attend!

MacCready's final purchase of the tavern is contingent on getting the necessary town approvals, so if the project is heading in the right direction, community support will help.
