How embarrassing. Once again, HACC administration did not come to the table; HACC faculty stayed online with the mediator for less than 12 minutes.  Administration arrived with no proposals and no readiness to engage in real dialogue. Despite our preparation and willingness to work toward resolution, the meeting ended almost as soon as it began. For the second time in a row.

After years of good-faith effort on our part and repeated inaction on theirs, HACCEA teams are determining next steps.
