Unfortunately it was announced today that the hospital will close in 2 weeks. 
Before staff could be notified it was posted in the Brisbane Times. 
It is very sad not just for patients but I feel for the staff.
Many have been here for over 10 years and now need to find other work. These people are the most caring, compassionate people that you will ever meet. It doesn’t matter if they are nursing staff, cleaners or kitchen staff, allied health or  staff from move 4 mindfulness they are all wonderful people. So spare a thought for them and the journey they have ahead of them.
