Do you know I tried many times for Rancho Cucamonga PD to review  this UNJUST? They transferred my calls over and over and played Musical chair with in the Traffic division.  After giving me an appointment and making me wait one and half hours for an in-person meeting with a Traffic Sergeant , two beat cops come to the lobby with a piece of paper, asking us to submit claim to San Bernardino County deliberatively deceiving. FACT: Metrolink Station Parking Lot is owned by RC city and RC PD enforces the deceitful towing, RC is the jurisdiction. Do you send couple of beat cops to talk to your distraught citizens in the lobby who waited hours and hours to talk to some one in charge?
