We have managed to get on the agenda for council's committee-of-the-whole meeting for Tuesday, May 14, not as we had hoped, to present the petition and talk about the library neutrality and firing of the CEO issues, but to address the matter of the vacancy on the library board. Our presentation will attempt to touch on those issues also.

If you can, please come out to council tomorrow night to show support - the more people that come, the better. The meeting starts at 6, but please arrive by 5:45. If you can make it, please be polite, stay quiet and make eye contact with councillors if you can.  This petition will be brought along also., and will also be emailed to councillors individually
