Recently, we were contacted by a woman who was terrified to leave her home. She had her children and their pet beside her, but nowhere safe to go. The fear in her voice was overwhelming—she didn’t know if she would survive the night.

This is the reality too many survivors face. When the calls come in, there isn’t time to wait. There isn’t time to “check availability.” Safety has to be immediate. That’s why Bridge2Safety OKC exists: to place survivors into safe hotel rooms right away, give them food, hygiene items, and emotional support, and then connect them with longer-term resources.

Your signature is more than a number. It’s a lifeline. It shows survivors they are not alone—that a community stands ready to help them escape abuse and take their first step forward.
