Thanks for your support - we’ve had an overwhelming response! Please keep sharing this petition, which is scheduled to be tabled by Councillor Susan Rennie at the Darebin Council meeting at 6pm on Monday, 25 March (more details below).

We already have over 800 signatures (including 400 on the paper petition). Can we reach 1000 signatures by 25 March?

Darebin Council’s CEO and all Councillors have been sent preliminary copies of the petition to give ample time for consideration before discussion at the meeting.

We do not expect an immediate decision as we have been told the problem revolves around legal technicalities regarding zoning, which may take time to resolve. But we hope that Craig will be allowed to remain on site until a decision is reached, and that his EV Hub will be approved as a result of Council deliberations.
