The Duggans are facing their 4th Easter without Dan. It has been 1,258 days since Dan’s incarceration in a maximum-security prison with no Australian charges.

The family is still waiting to hear when the next court date will be, but are putting together the lawyer fees, the travel costs for the family to get to Canberra and accommodation costs. The Duggans are in over a $1 million in debt from this 3-year battle, and the numbers are continuing to add up.
 
Dan has been an Australian citizen since 2012. He was arrested in October 2022, and for 2 months the family had no idea why. He has been in maximum security ever since and 19 of those were spent in solitary confinement. The extradition charge is completely flawed, and the fact Dan is being held violates numerous human rights, according to the UN and Amnesty International.
