Saffrine Duggan travelled hundreds of kilometres to Canberra last week to deliver a last minute plea to our Government – “urgently review this case and release my husband before it's too late”.  Saffrine hand-delivered a petition of 25,000 signatures wrapped in yellow ribbon. It demanded Dan's immediate release, after mounting evidence he's been wrongly imprisoned for more than 18 months already.

On Friday Dan faces extradition to the US on 12-year-old allegations that he strongly denies and were not a crime in Australia. He has already spent more that 18 months in solitary confinement and has no access to a laptop or computer to prepare his defence, despite no local charges or criminal history.
