Dan has already spent more than 18 months in solitary with no local charges. The Duggans are now facing the fight of their lives to clear Dan's name, with no assets after they were confiscated by the US, and no legal aid. 

Dan's extradition hearing is on May 24 over 12 year old allegations he strongly denies, and are not even a crime in Australia.
