An Australian citizen and father of six, Dan has already survived 18 months in solitary confinement at Lithgow awaiting extradition with no local charges or criminal history.
He now faces 65 years in a US federal prison for 12 year old allegations he strongly denies, and are not even a crime in Australia.
Dan has been a permanent resident of Australia since 2002, and an Australian citizen since 26 Jan 2012.
